Jon and Adam have excellent customer service and very personable. Took time to go over everything to ensure that my vehicle purchase was smooth and valuable, and also provide warranty as well. They offer very clean cars of every make and model. Looking forward to future purchases here again. I highly recommend them.

Have to give these guys credit. I bought a vehicle from them that was still in need of PA inspection and emissions. I was able to take it to the garage of my choice for that, and they paid the bill in full. Adam and Jon are great to work with. It was all an easy transaction. Kudos!

I can't believe that I'm writing a review for a used car dealer. But I am, because I'm so happy with the experience. I bought a clean, high mileage car. It wasn't perfect, but the staff was up front about exactly what I was buying. There were no surprises. They made the buying experience as easy as possible, and accommodated by schedule. I wanted to have the car looked over by my preferred garage. And Cam dropped the car off for me. I will be back for future cars, I'll recommend them to friends and family. They are now my go to!

If you are thinking about buying a car from this place make sure you read through the paperwork. They raised the price of the vehicle by $500 so they wouldn't have to give me the full $2000 for my trade in that they said they would. Make sure you check out the entire vehicle. The car was advertised as having a new inspection but there were no stickers on the car when I drove it home. I took the vehicle to a shop to have the inspection done and these people went to the shop and took the car back to Lancaster without even telling me. Overall experience was not good and I've learned my lesson about reading through everything. They took advantage of my situation and raised the price by $500 and didn't tell me they were doing so. With the issues the vehicle had/has money should have been taken off the purchase price, not added. This is a shady place, so just be sure you're looking at and reading EVERYTHING. UPDATE: I originally gave them 1 star, but after contacting them and asking for the $500 back they made it right & sent me a check. Raised it to 3 stars.

Adam was great! Very professional and patient with our questions and walking us through the loan process. He even stayed after 3 pm on Saturday to make sure we had everything squared away with our loan and to make sure we were good to go. Would definitely recommend.

These people are shiesty. My fiancée bought a vehicle that was test driven and said to have been “Gone over with a fine tooth comb” she liked it and began to do paperwork on it. Later that day after I got home from work. I checked out the car and immediately took notice that the inspection sticker was going to expire in less than 60 days. I popped the hood. And began to check over the vehicle. Checking fluids and air filter. When I pulled air filter out it was caked up and hasn’t looked to be changed for 30k miles. Now if a vehicle was said to have been “gone over with a fine tooth comb” I expect that the most easiest and most accessible part and cheapest part would have been changed, and it wasn’t. I had a bad feeling then. I’m 35 and am an ASE certified mechanic. Which turned out to be a blessing bc We had problem after problem. The car began to over heat badly. Which ended up needing new wire harnesses on radiator, I spent a lot of time and had to leave work early numerous times to drive to her and fix her car on side of road. When test drove vehicle I noticed it pulled hard to the right. And when we got it inspected I had shop do an alignment. The end result was that one of the tires was an off brand and needed replaced. I’ve put several hundred dollars in this car for parts, that should have been replaced before it was put out for sale. Everytime I called and spoke with the sales manager. He told me to drop it off and he would have an out sourced shop look at it, and he would get it back to us in a couple of days! NOT gona work.! She needs to get back and forth to work.we can’t afford to just have her car dropped off at a shop for an unknown vague amount of time. He never offered to reimburse us for the inspection that needed to be done 60 days after buying. With all this being said, my fiancé should have asked more questions and looked at inspection stickers. Took vehicle for ride and paid more attention during the test ride. And not believe everything that a salesman says. They took advantage of a hot blonde that was alone. And made a quick buck.
